Mai aa gya hu aap sabhi ke liye ek or blog lekr.
Jesa ki humne kal read kiya ki aapko second day gym mai kya exersice perform karni hai. Mai asha karta hu aap sbhi ko sari exersice samjh aai hogi or apne acche se perform ki hogi.
Aaj humara third day hai gym mai to chaiye friends aaj btate hai ki aapko kya karna hai gym mai.
Aaj apko sirf thigh ko train karna hai ekdum weight se and low reps.
Ok aaj ki exercise mai aapko btaunga.
1.Leg press:-is exersice ko apko karna hai sbse phele aap apni kamar ke bal let jaye
Or apne legs ko 45° degree pr rok le uske baad apko apne knees ko apni chest ki trf lana hai or fir sidha karna hai friends aapko apne legs ko 45° se niche nhi karna hai ek hi position rakhni hai only foot ko move karna hai.
2.swiss wall squat:- is exersice ko apko diwar se lag kar khade hona hai or chair ki position bnani hai (30 sec).
3.walking lunges:- is exersice ko karne k liye apko apne dono legs k bich mai 3 feet ka gap rakhna hai or chalna hai.
4. Stretching:- isme apko apni legs ki stretching karni hai taki muscel thik rhe.
